Terms of Use.

By using this website and becoming a member of Copenhagen Management Consulting Club ("CPH MCC") you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership
Membership is open to enrolled university students and to approved partner firms. The board reserves the right to approve, reject or revoke membership. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
2. Conduct
Members are expected to behave professionally at all CPH MCC events and in all interactions with partner firms and other members. Harassment, discrimination or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate revocation of membership without refund.
3. Content and intellectual property
Case materials, articles and other content in the members' area are provided for personal study only. You may not redistribute, resell or publish this material without our written permission. All trademarks and brand assets of partner firms remain the property of their respective owners.
4. CV submissions
By uploading a CV you consent to it being shared with vetted CPH MCC partner firms for the purpose of recruitment. You can request removal at any time by emailing privacy@cphmcc.com.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The website and any content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by Danish law, CPH MCC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, and total liability is capped at the amount you have paid CPH MCC in the preceding 12 months (typically zero, as student membership is free).
6. Termination
You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
